Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads / Linkedin Paid Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and a strong focus on paid campaigns. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, contributing to our digital marketing initiatives from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and objectives.
• Possess a good understanding of other social media advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Linkedin paid marketing campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Experience with other social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.

Paid Campaign Experience: Demonstrated experience with successful paid campaigns in Paid Ads is required.
