DigiDNA is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through strategic email and LinkedIn outreach. Your efforts will be pivotal in connecting with potential clients and expanding their business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative individual with a deep understanding of lead generation techniques through email and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns through email and LinkedIn to identify potential clients and partners.
- Craft engaging and personalized email messages and LinkedIn outreach strategies to initiate and nurture connections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers, to align lead generation initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
- Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve outreach performance and conversion rates.
- Continuously research and identify potential target audiences on LinkedIn and build a network of connections.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, measuring response rates, connections, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure lead generation efforts comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Generate reports on lead generation campaign performance and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Development Representative, or similar role, with a track record of successful lead generation campaigns and measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of lead generation best practices, including email outreach and LinkedIn strategies.
- Proficiency in cold email marketing platforms and LinkedIn outreach tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging messages.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up to date with industry trends in lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in generating leads across various industries and target markets.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Certification in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or a related field is a plus.
